Before we begin…
As a successful Holistic Health Practitioner with many years of experience, I have realised that choosing to make your health & happiness a priority is the most important thing you will ever do for yourself and your loved ones. Also that most of what we need to live a healthy & fulfilling life is already inside of us. YOU are your greatest healer, and YOU have the wisdom you need inside of you to live the life you desire.

I always felt I was connected to my body and knew what I needed to do to take care of myself.
However, it wasn’t until I was given my own challenges with my physical and mental health that I became aware that I was actually out of balance, disconnected to certain areas of myself and caught up in unhealthy patterns and ways of thinking. Over the course of around two years of feeling physically unwell, during which time I experienced many misdiagnoses; multiple visits to the hospital and doctors surgery (no doctor or prescription could help me); and various other therapies searching for answers and cures, I was feeling no better and at an all-time low both physically and mentally.
This was in fact my greatest blessing.
My desire not to be stuck where I was, ignited me to take matters into my own hands and start working to improve my health and wellbeing intuitively.
Through looking at ALL aspects of my being - including my physical self, my mental & emotional self, my spiritual self, and my energetic self - and with the support of some incredible alternative practitioners and facilitators who continue to play a part in The Intuitive Wellbeing Company, I began to heal, and my world opened up in so many wonderful ways.
I decided to listen to my body and look within rather than externally. This enabled me to understand my emotions, connect to my inner guide and wisdom, and nourish my soul and spirit.
Everything then started to shift and my life transformed positively.
I had no more limiting beliefs, no more self-sabotage, a new lust for life and a new outlook.
I became healthier and stronger, my energy increased and my sleep improved. I felt empowered, more in control, more comfortable in my body and life just became easier to manage and much more fun!
I am grateful for this experience of being able to connect deeper to myself. I now feel healthier and more connected than I ever have, and it has brought me closer to my truth, my purpose, and my ability to share this wisdom with others.

The Intuitive Wellbeing Method
The Intuitive Wellbeing approach acknowledges that YOU already have a self-healing capacity – you just need to know how to access it - I am here to support, guide you, and to provide you with the practical tools, techniques, knowledge and space you need to live a healthier, more fulfilling life.
The Intuitive Wellbeing Method takes a comprehensive holistic approach by looking at ALL dimensions of us as individual being’s and works to create balance.
By taking this approach, together we can bring you back into harmony and alignment with your highest self. We can create an environment where your body, mind and soul can de-stress, come back into balance and heal.
The dimensions we will consider:
(The Intuitive Wellbeing Method considers each dimension to be 25% of our overall wellbeing - unless we are considering ALL dimensions when it comes to our health we are going to feel out of balance)

Our physical body is our vessel that carries us through this life. We need it to be healthy and functioning properly so it can cope easily with the impact of living. Our physical body is always communicating with us, and we will learn how to tune in and understand these signals so we can avoid waiting until we are in physical pain or feeling unwell to do something about it.
Lauren is a highly trained, advanced yoga and movement facilitator, as well as an advanced bodywork therapist who is able to use her skills to help you connect to your body and work on what you need to in order to feel healthier, stronger and at ease.
The physical body is most commonly thought of when it comes to health and healing, but this is only a part of our overall wellbeing. -
Our mind and emotions can control our quality of life, how we feel about ourselves and the world around us. We often struggle to separate our mind from who we actually are. This can create limiting beliefs, false narratives, feelings of being ‘stuck’ or not good enough, leading to being overwhelmed, stressed and anxious.
Emotions are our guide to our inner truth. By suppressing emotions we end up storing them in the body which can later manifest as physical symptoms and disease.
The Intuitive Wellbeing Method uses Laurens qualifications in Health Psychology alongside other registered techniques to guide you through therapeutic processes such as emotional release, reprogramming the unconscious mind, behaviour change therapy, and hypnotherapy. This will help you shift your beliefs and perspective, build emotional resilience, and live a healthier, more joyful, meaningful life where you feel empowered and in control. -
Our soul is the essence of who we are underneath the physical layers, the labels we give ourselves and the masks that we wear.
Are you aware of your soul's purpose?
The soul understands that everything in life is as it should be, there are gifts in all of life's lessons, and that we can transform who we believe ourselves to be to who we want to be! This is possible once we have let go of our limiting beliefs and false narratives, and we are able to connect with who we actually are and what we want from life.
This process is a grounding realisation as we learn to accept life as it is and flow with it, rather than against it. Once we grasp this we can really start to experience the joy and lightness in life, and see the gifts in our challenges.
Through accessing and connecting to the spiritual part of ourselves we are able to live a meaningful life with more clarity, direction and purpose.
Using practices and methods both guided by Lauren and self-led by yourself you will learn to connect to the true essence of who you are, what it is that makes you truly happy, and begin to deeply honour yourself and your life path. -
Science recognizes that everything in the Universe, including the human body and everything we see (matter) in the world around us is made out of energy. Matter is made up of atoms which are vortices of energy that are constantly spinning and vibrating, each one radiating its own unique energy signature.
Although we cannot see energy we can feel it. Becoming aware and tuning into our own energy and the energy around us allows us to come into alignment with our self and create the life we desire. For example… our thoughts and beliefs create feelings and energy frequencies which then positively or negatively affect our actions, and therefore our life.
Through psychological practices and tools that incorporate belief work, reprograming thought patterns, and other methods, you are able to become the creator of your own life where you have more choice, fulfilment, feel more in control, more empowered, and are able to achieve the things you want.
